AI Video Factory Playbook ("the Product") is a digital PDF document sold by SnapSync, a brand of Databae Solutions LLP ("we", "us"). By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

2. License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Product for your own learning and reference. You may:

• View, download, and print the PDF for personal use
• Apply the knowledge and patterns described to your own projects

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the PDF with others
• Upload the PDF to public file-sharing services
• Use the Product to create a competing product or course

3. Delivery

The Product is delivered digitally via instant download and email after successful payment. You receive a time-limited download link (48 hours) and an email with the PDF attached.

4. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the Product has been delivered. Please review the product description, table of contents, and FAQ before purchasing.

5. Disclaimer

The Product is provided "as is" for educational and informational purposes. We make no guarantees about specific results, revenue, or outcomes from applying the system described. Third-party tools mentioned (Remotion, Claude Code, Hume AI, Google Lyria) are subject to their own terms, pricing, and availability.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Product.
